John Carrington is a lawyer by training and is one of Her Majesty’s Counsel and the principal of Kendall Law. He has been a director of the Company since 2006 and so has great familiarity with its operations. John has a background in corporate law as well as regulatory matters as a former central banker in his native Trinidad and Tobago.

Peter Reichenstein is an economist by training, holding a PhD from the University of St. Gall, Switzerland, his home country.
He has a long track record in Private Banking and Wealth Management, having worked for UBS for 13 years before moving to the BVI in the year 2000, where he served as CEO/MD of VP Bank and Trust Company and its subsidiaries for 13 years.
As an independent consultant he has been serving on the Board of Bank Alpinum in Liechtenstein and President of Bank of Asia as well as Osiris Trust Company in the BVI for specific short assignments and joined the Board of Kendall Corporate in 2019.

Meet one of our Senior Corporate Administrator(s), Kareema Matthias-Jack, who is responsible for our Incorporations and Company Administration. Having joined Kendall Corporate Services Limited (Ex CR (BVI) Limited) in January 2014, Kareema has over twenty years wealth of corporate services experience within the financial services industry and has helped shape significant improvements throughout the practice.
Kareema’s interests outside of work include interior design; culinary arts and agriculture.
